The plan for this building is expected to reach 634m by 2012. The tower is located in the Narihirabashi/Oshiage are of Sumida Ward in Tokyo. Construction for the tower starting in July 2008.The reason for this tower? Japan wants to have the tallest stand alone tower in the world.
