Lily, 25, appears as a plump woman in a frumpy cardigan with a handkerchief tied on her head, while builder Sam, 32, wears a raincoat. Engaged: Sam Cooper proposed to Lily over Christmas The card tells guests to mark June 11 in their calendars for a ceremony in Gloucestershire, near their home.The save the date card has been released on the same night that an particularly emotional episode of the Channel 4 documentary featuring the singer aired.Lily has previously pleaded with fans not to watch Lily Allen: Riches to Rags, saying she is now in a completely different mindset to when the show was filmed last year - prior to losing her baby in November.She tweeted earlier this month when the show first aired: 'We started filming it a year ago and I feel like a completely different person that the one that features in the programme.
